My Weekly Grocery List

Grocery shopping on the outskirts of the grocery store, and avoiding the isles, will help you make better eating choices! We can soon show more skin with Spring just around the corner, so let's all try to lose some weight and inches by eating real food. Can we commit to move away from eating processed foods? We live the mostly Paleo lifestyle at our house, and the basis for that is eating what you can hunt and gather, like our ancestors. This should equate to meat, veggies, fruits and some nuts/seeds.  Paleo is a low carb, low sugar, processed food-free, good fat, grain- free, all around excellent and über healthy diet/lifestyle that you should really look into! This has worked well for me for 5 years. I'd like share this with you all...it's my weekly grocery list.

Make sure the ingredients of your coconut milk are just coconut milk and water. Try to buy an almond milk with very few ingredients. You can always make your own too.

I will say this, if you're Breast-feeding,  you may need to be consuming some grains. I have recently added in rolled oats for oatmeal to boost my milk supply.
