Healthy Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients:
Coconut oil
Tamari Sauce
2 chicken breasts
Chopped veggies:
Green onion
Yellow, red and orange Peppers
Carrots
Seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and a dash of Tony Sacheres.
Cook with coconut oil in water on medium for 10 minutes then simmer for another 10 minutes, adding in some Tamari sauce.
